Write your list (in your step) to shard.txt, one \"fips url\" per line, exactly as given.\n5. Run it once: node scan.mjs shard.txt out   (add the word shots at the end only if your step says so).\n6. Put the dataset out/results.jsonl (and the screenshot archive out/shots.tgz if made) and scan.mjs in your artifacts folder.
